Use their Google Workspace address. They also need to be in the Google group before they can sign in — that part is done in the Google Admin console.
Who has access
Roles stack — someone can hold both clips and social. No boxes checked means no access. Removing someone here does not remove their Google account; to stop them signing in at all, take them out of the Google group too.
